DESCRIPTION:Dear Troop 355\, \nMy name is Tom Moffat. I am a Life Scout and the current Senior Patrol Leader of Troop 355. I will be doing my Eagle Project at the Huntington Botanical Gardens on Saturday September 3rd and Sunday September 4th\, which is Labor Day weekend. For my project\, I will be installing a drip irrigation system on an area of land at the Huntington.  \nDescription: We will be installing a drip irrigation system on approximately 6\,125 square feet of land at the Huntington Botanical Gardens. Drip irrigation is becoming more popular because it uses about 70% less water than regular sprinklers. Installing a drip irrigation system would greatly benefit the Huntington and help reduce its water usage. \nWhere: Huntington Botanical Gardens\, San Marino\, CA 1151 Oxford Rd\, San Marino\, CA 91108When: Saturday September 3rd\, 2016 from 9:00am to 4:00pm  Sunday September 4th\, 2016 from 9:00am to 4:00pm \nI plan on having two shifts each day. A morning shift form 9-12:30 and an afternoon shift from 12:30-4. For those of you that plan on coming\, please send me an email telling me that you plan on coming and during which shift. That will help me get an estimate on the number of scouts attending. DESCRIPTION:Hello Troop 355\, \nMy name is Colin Coane and I am a Junior at Flintridge Preparatory School.  I have been active in the troop for 5 years and am currently a Life Scout.  I will be carrying out my Eagle Project on the weekends of September 17-18 and September 24-25 at the Scout House from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.   \nMy project will consist of sanding\, painting\, and assembling 2 tables and 8 chairs for the Ronald McDonald House in Pasadena.  We will be assembling the furniture off location\, at the Scout House\, and will deliver the finished pieces to the Ronald McDonald house on a later date as per their request.   \nIf you can help out for either part of the day or the entire day your help would be greatly appreciated.  Lunch\, drinks\, and snacks will be provided.
