SUMMARY:Introduction to Backpacking Discussion
DESCRIPTION:Hello Backpackers\, \nTroop 355 is going backpacking on October 21st; Little Jimmy’s camp in the Angeles Forest.  This is a great opportunity for first time backpackers to get some experience because the hike into camp is 2.1 miles with some moderate elevation gain.   \nWe will have an “Introduction to Backpacking” meeting next Monday\, October 1st\, 7:00PM\, at the Scout House.  Parents and Scouts who are interested in backpacking are encouraged to attend.  The 45 min meeting will cover the unique equipment needs for Scout backpacking.
