SUMMARY:Trans Catalina Trail (TCT) backpacking trip
DESCRIPTION:Come Backpack across Catalina.  From Avalon to Two Harbors (20+ miles; approx. 9\,000 total elevation gain; moderate / difficult). This is an incredible and beautiful backpacking experience\, but prior distance hiking is mandatory and prior backpacking experience strongly recommended. The trail is scenic and safe\, but still challenging as the terrain has many peaks and you’ll be carrying all your gear and a day’s worth of water. We will do mandatory gear checks and prep meetings in advance. If you’re interested\, sign up ASAP so you can train and prepare with the troop.
